These are my next few costume ideas…. granted in order to do Emanuel I would seriously have to do some serious working out, AND i’d have to convince Beth to do a female Scott which bores her… but WHATEVER, these are my ideas for my next set of costumes.

Allen is what I’ll be doing for Halloween this year, it’s already underway.

Emanuel I would do as one of my costume selections for some sort of comic-con. Undecided.

Havok I am definitely doing for next year’s con season.

This weekend (Sunday to be exact) is my 4 year anniversary with Steevin. I couldn’t imagine my life without him at this point and I’m not entirely sure what the heck I was doing without him for so long before I met him. Never have I been with someone who encourages me to be the best me I can be. Together we seem to balance each other. We support each other. He makes me smile and laugh. He appreciates my brains and my looks. He even seems to like my sass most of the time. I truly feel lucky (but also like it was fate) to have met him. I love going on adventures with him. I love sitting on the sofa with him. He is smart and funny and SO artistic and sexy to boot! Thank you for being you, Steevin. I love you!

(Have some pictures of us. There are only like a million to pick through! I realize as I look through these we’ve probably ruined a lot of photos that could have been REALLY nice with our silly-nes. But I like to think that we’ve also made a lot of boring pictures a little more exciting. LOL!)

If there is anything I’ve ever learned about the world that we live in is that relationships are more than just about compatibility and attraction, and sure I have that with Beth, but what I’ve never truly had before that is the feeling of partnership. Beth is the the “mate” to my teammate, she’s the “Co” to my “Co-op”, she’s a multitude of other cheesy things I can say. But just as Beth has put it, I don’t even know what the f-word* I was doing before her. Oh wait, ya I do… I was prepping, “training”, for the real thing.

Original Flavor Nick Fury

I had a giant squee over Steevinlove’s needle gun when I saw him at SDCC. I’m so jelly.

Don’t tell anyone but I’ve broken that gun twice. Neither time at a convention, but instead at home… playing with it… Actually I think I broke it the first time trying to make the holster for it. The barrel of the gun is actually split in two, I used gorilla glue to put it back together. And there’s a piece of the back that is now lost forever.

That is tragic! Those needle guns are so gorgeous. :c My boyfriend’s got one for his costume, but man, he’s paranoid about keeping it safe. He keeps it in the glass case on his bookshelf and doesn’t let anybody touch it.

It’s been kind of a blessing. The fact that it is broken makes me feel less bad about whipping it out and playing with it wildly. I do want a new one to just keep on display… I really should have gotten the one I saw at the con…
