To teach some costume novices how to to sew?
Beth, Myself and a few friends really need to learn some sewing skills for costuming, I’d really like to not have to commission out as much to get my ideas out, but we’re not sure where to find classes for it. We’re afraid of going to a college for it… we don’t really want to learn the history of sewing, ya know?

Any sewing stores in your area? They might have beginning sewing classes that teach you the basics, using a pattern, machine, etc. :)
